This industrial estate was built in four parts. The first was carried out in 1987. Asecond enlargement ” El Ciruelar ” was completed in 1999. A year later , a third enlargement was carried out and it was called the “Arbol de las Puas”

Finally , all this area was knonw as “Los Alfares” industrial estate.
